How to Use the Pomodoro Technique

      1. Set Your Work Duration: Decide on how long you want to work (typically 25 minutes).
      2. Add Your Tasks: List the tasks you want to accomplish during your work session.
      3. Start the Timer: Click ‘Start Batch’ to begin working on your first task.
      4. Focus: Work on your task without interruptions until the timer goes off.
      5. Take a Break: After your work session ends, take a short break (5 minutes is standard).
      6. Repeat: After your break, start the next work session with your next task.
      7. Long Breaks: After completing four Pomodoros, take a longer break (15-30 minutes).

Using the Pomodoro Technique can help enhance your productivity by creating structured work sessions followed by short breaks. This can prevent burnout and keep your mind fresh!
