  • Digital Products and Resources: If your mentorship program includes digital products, resources, or materials, these are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for mentorship services are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Before the Start of Services: If you wish to cancel your mentorship program before the first session or service has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund of the payment made, minus any processing fees charged by payment processors.
  • Cancellation After the Start of Services: If you have already begun your mentorship program and wish to cancel:
    • Single Session Purchases: No refunds are available for single sessions that have already occurred.
    • Multi-Session Packages: If you have purchased a package of sessions and wish to cancel after the program has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund will be calculated based on the remaining unused sessions, minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the total package cost.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within this time frame will be accommodated at no extra charge. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the session being forfeited without a refund.
