This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Mentor will provide mentoring services to the Mentee.
1. Services Provided

2. Duration of Services

4. Responsibilities of the Mentor
The Mentor agrees to:

5. Responsibilities of the Mentee
The Mentee agrees to:

- Respect the time and effort of the Mentor by attending scheduled sessions and providing timely notice if a session needs to be rescheduled or canceled.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the mentorship. This confidentiality obligation will survive the termination of this Agreement.
7. No Guarantees
The Mentor does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from the mentorship services. The Mentee acknowledges that their success depends on their own efforts and commitment to the process.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by the Mentor, including but not limited to written content, presentations, and resources, remain the intellectual property of the Mentor. The Mentee may use these materials for personal development purposes only and may not distribute or reproduce them without the Mentor’s express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Mentor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the services provided. The Mentor’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Mentee for the mentorship services.
10. Termination
- Termination by Mentee: The Mentee may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the Mentor. Refunds for any unused services will be provided in accordance with our refund policy.
- Termination by Mentor: The Mentor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Mentee fails to meet their responsibilities or if the Mentor believes the mentoring relationship is no longer productive. In such cases, the Mentor will provide a refund for any unused services.
11. Governing Law
